1. Introduction

Welcome to CoachLifeMentor. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of CoachLifeMentor.info, operated by CoachLifeMentor, located at 50 Queen Street West, Toronto, ON M5H 2N2, Canada.

2. Personal Coaching Services

CoachLifeMentor offers one-on-one and group coaching sessions focused on personal development topics. Payment is due in advance to confirm your slot.

2.1 Cancellation, Transfer, and Reimbursement

Requests received at least 48 hours before a scheduled session are eligible for a full reimbursement or transfer to a future session.
Requests received less than 48 hours before are not eligible for reimbursement, due to pre-session preparation and allocation of resources.
Sessions may be transferred to an alternative date without penalty, subject to availability.

3. Information Products

CoachLifeMentor provides digital guides, video courses, and other downloadable materials. Access is granted immediately after purchase.

3.1 Reimbursement Terms

If you have not accessed or downloaded the digital material within 14 days of purchase, you may request a full reimbursement.
Requests after 14 days are not eligible due to immediate delivery upon purchase.

4. Physical Goods

CoachLifeMentor may offer branded merchandise through the online store.

4.1 Return and Reimbursement Terms

Eligible returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery and in original, unused condition.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once received and inspected, CoachLifeMentor will issue a refund for the product fee.
Returns cannot be transferred to alternate items or services.

5. Reimbursement Process

Approved requests are processed within 10 business days. Reimbursements are issued to the original payment method. If that is not available, an alternative transfer method will be arranged in consultation with you.

6. No Reimbursement Cases

Certain services, such as specialized workshops and personalized mentoring packages that are scheduled and reserved in advance, are explicitly non-reimbursable due to dedicated preparation. This ensures that all participants receive committed support tailored to their needs.
